Perfect holiday in Ischia from Kuoni . From booking to our return Kuoni reps and organisation gave is the best ever holiday. So glad we asked Kuoni to advise on venue and location and arrange our complex transfers and transits. Brilliant all round. Paul Hermann at Kuoni Winchester was fantastic, so awful you have closed the store... but hopefully we will still be able to deal with him going forward. He went above and beyond to get my customers 2028 OODR booked and no detail was too much trouble. I have always find him to be ultra helpful, very quick at getting tailormade quotes for 2026 & 2027 holidays and amazing at sorting OODR for 2028 He is ultra polite , Courteous, friendly and his knowledge is outstanding he should be named the Kuoni Oracle!! We had a fantastic week at outrigger the service was exceptional from the minute we arrived at Male to the minute we left Male. Check in for the sea plane was smooth the arrival at the resort was fantastic. Our guest advisor Naaif was fantastic looking after restaurant bookings ready for the week as well as everything else. Everyone greeted you by name. The food was fantastic. We loved our over the water villa it was comfortable well quipped with a fantastic unspoiled view. We tried to think how we could it be better or what it was missing but could not find fault.
