The intimate fine-dining Santa Elisabetta Restaurant has just seven tables and is housed within the ancient Byzantine Pagliazza Tower. It offers fantastic new menus created by award-winning Chef Rocco De Santis and paired with fine wines selected by the sommelier. The Osteria della Pagliazza offers authentic and delicious Tuscan dishes infused with regional flavours and in the summer you can dine al fresco in a charming square.
Gourmet Restaurant Santa Elisabetta feels very exclusive as is set in the Byzantine tower of the hotel and has only seven tables so you can enjoy excellent service. Indulge in delicious cuisine from Chef Rocco De Santis. Enjoy local flavours at Osteria della Pagliazza which serves traditional Tuscan dishes and offers a charming square setting in the summer months.
