This Westin retreat is the perfect stop-off destination for families; it’s home to a fun-filled waterpark, has spacious family suites and is well connected to Dubai’s main sights. Jungle Bay Waterpark is the heart of the resort and it’s not far from the 700-metre-long beach; the style is inspired by the whites and blues of Greece’s Cyclades islands, and it has a range of slides for guests of different ages as well as a kids’ splash park. Just down on the sand, there’s a watersports centre where you can enjoy non-motorised activities.

You can go on a journey from Italy to Asia at the Westin’s restaurants. The main venue is Mina’s Kitchen where the dishes are internationally inspired and created in open kitchens. European flavours can be found at the Spanish venue El Sur and the al fresco Italian venue Bussola which offers both fine dining and a family-friendly pizzeria. At the fine dining restaurant Sui Mui Asian dishes are served whilst Baba is the destination for juicy steaks.
Mina's Kitchen — is the Westin’s main restaurant where international dishes are created in open kitchens. At Sui Mui you can enjoy the varied tastes from across the Asian continent at dinner. The classic cuisine of Spain made with produce from around the world is the focus at El Sur; it has a lovely outdoor terrace and modern interiors and popular Saturday and Sunday brunches. Bussola is an al fresco venue where you can experience the flavours of Italy while enjoying the views of the marina and Arabian Gulf. Head a few steps away to Mare by Bussola for an Italian beach vibes in Arabia, light bites and signature cocktails and wines.
A unique dinner experience is on offer at Papillon, the resort’s French restaurant. Here, your meal is accompanied by a modern cabaret show. Sip on a wide variety of tipples from around the world and make the most of the offerings from the cheese room at Oeno Wine Bar. You don’t have to move too far from the pool to get yourself a drink – there are a few pool bars dotted around, some that you don’t even need to get out of the water to visit. At Baba, it's all about Turkish dishes and steak cuts cooked on the charcoal grill as well as refreshing cocktails.
