Khem Villas is perfect for nature lovers as it is surrounded by ten acres of indigenous trees, lakes, and open grasslands. The natural setting of Khem is ideal for bird watching and guests have seen hyena, jackals and jungle cats on guided walks with a naturalist within the grounds of the property. There is a choice of accommodation including standard rooms, luxury tents, cottages and villas. Couples love the spacious cottages with a private courtyard and a bath open to the sky. There is a two-bedroomed family room with its own lounge. All accommodation overlooks the surrounding wilderness.

When is the best time to visit the Maldives?
November to April is the dry season, with the most reliable sunshine and calmest seas. May to October brings shorter rain showers, lower prices and better surf.

The local currency is the Maldivian rufiyaa, but resorts price and bill in US dollars and take major cards. Most guests never need cash — a small amount is handy for tipping.
Is the Maldives good for honeymoons outside peak season?
