As well as over 50 restaurants, bars and lounges across the Jumeirah complex, at Al Qasr you can enjoy fine dining, informal buffets and light bites. Don’t miss dining at award-winning Italian restaurant - Pierchic, where delicious dishes are accompanied by breathtakings view of Burj Al Arab Jumeirah.
Arboretum — is Al Qasr's main restaurant that's open each day for breakfast and dinner. The cuisine here spans the globe and there's also an open air terrace. Every Saturday, the resort' Vintage Brunch, which is available to book for a supplement, is served here from 1pm until 4pm.
An alternative venue for dinner, and one of the go-to spots for lunch is the Lebanese venue, Al Nafoorah. It has a menu that's packed with hot and cold mezze specialities and signature dishes which you can enjoy in a stunning setting: the restaurant features an open-air, undercover terrace with views of the iconic Burj Al Arab.
As the name suggests, Pad Thai brings the tastes of Thailand to a stunning canal-side setting in Dubai. It's open for dinner daily, and lunch at the weekend. Over at French Riviera, the focus is on Gallic cuisine served al fresco by the pool at breakfast, lunch and dinner. A short walk away is French Riviera Beach where similar fare is available just steps from the sand. Overwater dining on the hotel's jetty, which stretches out over the shallows of the Arabian Sea, is on offer at Pierchic, an Italian fine dining restaurant with an incredible outlook. For prime cuts and succulent sea food grilled to perfection, head to The Hide.
A couple of bars complete the drinking and dining venues: the cocktail bar, Bar Buci, and Al Fayrooz Lounge where afternoon tea is served each day between 2pm and 5pm.

Do I need a visa to visit the Maldives?
British passport holders are issued a free 30-day visitor visa on arrival. You'll need a passport valid for the duration of your stay, a confirmed onward ticket and proof of your accommodation booking.
When is the best time to visit the Maldives?
November to April is the dry season, with the most reliable sunshine and calmest seas. May to October brings shorter rain showers, lower prices and better surf.
What currency is used in the Maldives, and do I need cash?
The local currency is the Maldivian rufiyaa, but resorts price and bill in US dollars and take major cards. Most guests never need cash — a small amount is handy for tipping.
Is the Maldives good for honeymoons outside peak season?
Yes. Off-peak brings noticeably lower rates and quieter islands, and rain tends to come in short bursts rather than all day. Many resorts add honeymoon extras during these months.
What activities are there for older kids and teens in the Maldives?
Most resorts run watersports centres with windsurfing, kayaking and paddleboarding, plus PADI dive courses from around age ten. Snorkelling safaris, sandbank trips and night fishing all suit older children.
