There are three restaurants, a poolside pizzeria and two very different bars, complemented by imaginative signature dining experiences.
All day dining is available at the main restaurant, The Cardamon Café. Head here for your breakfast, lunch and dinner and dine either indoors in the air-conditioned dining room or out on the terrace. Enjoy a wide variety of buffet dishes at breakfast and a set menu at lunch and dinner. Saturday lunch and Sunday dinner will be a buffet and there will also be one Sri Lankan buffet a week. The Cinnamon Room is the hotel’s fine dining venue and it has a reputation as one of the best seafood restaurants in Galle. Enjoy attentive service, delicious cuisine and a fantastic setting overlooking the ocean. You can also choose to enjoy an al fresco evening meal on the rocks which line the hotel’s waterfront. There is also the à la carte restaurant Nihals, where you can enjoy a seven-course dinner degustation menu. The charming Coat of Arms Bar, where the walls are adorned with antique British and Sri Lanka flags, is the spot to socialise over a cocktail and a game of pool. For pizzas and drinks throughout the day, the poolside Loorenzo's Pizza Bar is the place to head.

The Cinnamon Experience
Not far from the golden shores of Weligama is the hillside Top House, a working cinnamon plantation that’s been lovingly restored by its British owner. A combination of self-sustaining age-old techniques and modern technology is used to extract cinnamon leaf oil at the newly built distillery.
