Jade Mountain is a a uniquely designed resort experience that flamboyantly reveal the Pitons and the Caribbean Sea in all of their glory. Most of the open walled sanctuaries feature a private infinity pool and are reached via their own “sky bridge”. Jade Mountain It sits directly above the Anse Chastanet sister resort, and guests are granted access to its two beaches, the restaurants and activities.

Two superb venues delight Jade Mountain guests. Although many choose to dine in their Sanctuaries or pop down the hill to try the lovely offerings of the Anse Chastanet resort.
The Jade Mountain Club is located on the top level of Jade Mountain and offers fine dining in a tranquil open-air setting with an ornamental pool as the central feature. Enjoy exquisite and exotic seasonal cuisine made with the finest ingredients, often locally sourced. Savour a range of tantalising dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner from menus devised by award-winning chef Allen Susser. When night falls, head to the Celestial Terrace which offers stunning views over 600 acres. Dance on the deck serenaded by one of Saint Lucia’s most famous saxophone players and sip fine Champagne until the sun sets on the horizon. When is the best time to visit the Maldives?
November to April is the dry season, with the most reliable sunshine and calmest seas. May to October brings shorter rain showers, lower prices and better surf.
What currency is used in the Maldives, and do I need cash?
The local currency is the Maldivian rufiyaa, but resorts price and bill in US dollars and take major cards. Most guests never need cash — a small amount is handy for tipping.
Is the Maldives good for honeymoons outside peak season?
Yes. Off-peak brings noticeably lower rates and quieter islands, and rain tends to come in short bursts rather than all day. Many resorts add honeymoon extras during these months.
