Enjoy light meals at Irina’s before sipping cocktails and craft beers at the bar; for romantic candlelit meals and international classics, you’ve got Lighthouse. Work your way through fine wines at Chairman’s Lounge and enjoy a drink by the pool at On the Rocks. There’s also a spa offering enticing treatments made with local herbal infusions and organic ingredients.

Choose from a pair of stylish restaurants. Irina’s is a chic bistro which overlooks the pool. It serves à la carte breakfast, lunch and dinner; afternoon tea, coffee and pastries and hand-crafted speciality breads and home-smoked salmon. There's also a bar here which serves cocktails, beers and soft drinks. Head to Lighthouse for an intimate fine dining experience where you can enjoy international classics in elegant candlelit surroundings as well as a weekly seven-course tasting menu; the Lighthouse Bar is inside and has a great range of cocktails and an extensive wine list. Nobody Knows is a casual spot overlooking Devil's Bridge, where you can enjoy a cold beer or Rum Punch by the water. The quirky Chairman’s Lounge is upstairs in the Great House, with classic games like chess and billiards as well as a record player with a vinyl library. It offers selected wines, premium liquors, cocktails and fine cigars (extra charge); for a great selection of refreshing drinks including frozen cocktails, unwind just below the pool at On the Rocks, with views over the beach from the boardwalk.

Irina's Bistro — Start your day with a gourmet smoothie with your à la carte breakfast menu at Irina's, also the open-air setting for lunch and dinner. Lighthouse Restaurant — The Michelin-starred Lighthouse Restaurant is a wonderful setting for a special occasion. Reminiscent of a Caribbean estate house, on the menu you will find specialities such as Caribbean lobster and filet mignon. Lighthouse Bar — Watch the sunset from the outside terrace of the Lighthouse Bar whilst sipping on your favourite cocktail. Nobody Knows Bar — The rustic-themed Nobody Knows Bar is set in the hotel's gardens and a great spot for a rum cocktail. Chairman's Lounge — Chairman's Lounge is an old-time classical setting for a drink and comes complete with a vintage record player, billiards table and chess board. On The Rocks Bar — Just a few steps from the swimming pool On The Rocks serves drinks and light snacks throughout the day.
