Fairmont Ajman masters family-friendly luxury with tranquil rooms, an impressive spa and activities including morning fitness, a kids’ pool, beach volleyball and sunset yoga.
This hotel makes a statement. Its modern-day pyramid design stands out on Ajman’s petite stretch of beach resorts, curving around a large main pool embellished with the Fairmont signature. Staying here means you’re close to both local souks and the cultural Ajman Museum, and the shopping and word-famous sights of Dubai are just half an hour away on the hotel’s daily shuttle service (dependent on Dubai traffic). The hotel’s graceful atmosphere however, makes it easy to stay put comfortably for the whole of your holiday.
The central Spectrum Lobby Lounge is breathtaking; the immense circular space is crowned by a chandelier draped from the ceiling like lace. Sit and soak up the ambient vibe with a tea – recommended personally by the resident tea sommelier – or treat yourself to macarons and warm scones with afternoon tea. There’s an array of options for dining around the resort which includes a lively evening of belly dancing, drumming and delicious Turkish food at Kiyi. The sheltered beach area makes the water ideal for swimming, and at the pool there’s a swim-up bar where you can sip cocktails at one of the underwater bar stools. For those travelling with younger guests, there’s a shallow children’s area in the pool and a great kids’ club.

There's plenty of choice when it comes to dining at Fairmont Ajman. Choose from a range of international dishes at Spectrum, Italian specialities at Gioia or Turkish delights at Kiyi. Drinks and snacks are served at the pool bar, Salt & Sea or perhaps indulge in an afternoon tea at the Spectrum Lobby Lounge.
Spectrum — is the resort’s main restaurant. Guests can choose from international cuisine, including European and Arabic, from the themed open kitchens. At the speciality restaurants, guests can dine on authentic Italian at Gioia, traditional Turkish at Kiyi or head for the beach for Caribbean treats at Driftwood. The Azrak Lobby Lounge is a calming spot for people-watching and indulging in high tea under the grand chandelier, and as the sun sets the open-air Badr Lounge is the place to be for the best sea vistas. For drinks without getting out of the pool, there’s the swim-up Salt & Sea bar, and XOLO Bar is great for happy hour drinks.
The mixed meat and seafood platters are a popular choice at Kiyi.
