Food & drink
Each morning a buffet breakfast is served at the Oasis Restaurant which offers both indoor and al fresco dining. You can also enjoy the first meal of the day at the Mediterranean Evelina. For Superior Room and Suite guests breakfast can also be enjoyed at the Pygmalion Restaurant until 11am. This is the main restaurant for dinner and there's a buffet which is often themed. For special occasions or just a change of scene, there is the à la carte restaurant Aphrodite – all you need to do is reserve your table in advance.
Light lunches are served at Oasis Restaurant or the poolside Olive Tree Restaurant plus a 'Garden Basket' can be served at your chaise longue. The Olive Tree Restaurant is also open in the evenings for à la carte Mediterranean dinners. The rooftop bar, St Andrews, is where you can head for cocktails with a fantastic backdrop of the Med and Paphos Castle between May and October.
Begin your day with a visit to the Oasis Restaurant, a sumptuous spot to enjoy a gourmet buffet breakfast and both indoor and al fresco dining, or a Mediterranean breakfast at Evelina. Guests staying in a superior room or suite can also enjoy a late breakfast Pygmalion, the latter also being the resort's main restaurant for dinner, where guests can experience live show cooking and themed evening buffets. Dependent on personal preference, you can choose to dine inside the chic interior, or al fresco on the pretty terraces that overlook an exquisite Mediterranean vista. Nestled beside the pool, the Olive Tree Restaurant offers a tranquil setting to enjoy a leisurely light lunch or a sumptuous Mediterranean dinner, while the intimate and candlelit Aphrodite Restaurant is an elegant venue perfect for a romantic meal for two. Continue your evening at the sophisticated Dionysus Cocktail Bar, the ideal spot for a relaxing nightcap or indulgent cocktail. Another top spot for a drink is the newly added St Andrews, a rooftop bar that has incredible views of the Med and Paphos Castle (the opening days/times of this bar is at discretion of hotel management; set to open later summer 2022).
