Angsana Corfu

Angsana is one for globetrotting gourmands, with four restaurants on hand alongside various epicurean experiences – from a mountain picnic to a toes-in-the-sand dinner, illuminated by flickering torches. Outdoor dining venues opening times may be affected by weather conditions.

Start the day right with lavish breakfasts in Ruen Romsai, a light-flooded space with lots of pale wood, white furnishings and bronze accents. This is Angsana Corfu’s main restaurant and it also offers buffet lunches and dinners showcasing global culinary influences.

Sofrito — is a palm-fringed haunt serving up Greek cuisine, with plenty of fresh fish and the finest cuts. Island ingredients are sourced for a taste of Corfu – think rich olive oil, crusty breads, cheeses and yoghurts.

Down by the sea, Emerald Beach Bar is a toes-in-the-sand bar for cocktails and light dishes – expect locally caught seafood and local plates. If you prefer looking out across the water, head to the rooftop terrace to feast on aromatic plates of tapas at the lofty Vertigo Sky Bar.

Elsewhere, indulge in afternoon tea at A Lounge or sip on sundowners with sea views at Starboard Lounge. Villa guests can linger over a glass of wine at the exclusive V Lounge.

The standout has to be Botrini’s, a fine-dining restaurant helmed by Michelin-starred chef Ettore Botrini, who reimagines Mediterranean classics with an innovative twist.

Ruen Romsai — The resort’s main restaurant, this light-flooded space offers lavish buffet breakfasts and a Mediterranean-inspired menu among stylish interiors – think pale wood, white furnishings and elegant bronze accents. Oribu — This trendy North Asian spot (open May to October) tastes of Japan, Korea and Taiwan are combined in exceptional dishes that are created with Corfu-sourced produce and served with a sparkling Mediterranean backdrop. In the summer season, you can do your bit for the environment by ordering the Blue Crab rolls which will help protect the Korission Lagoon. DJs create an Asian-inspired soundtract to complete that immersive atmosphere. Immerse yourself fully into the Greek culture with the Emerald by Night dining concept which offers meticulously crafted meze alongside live bouzouki music. Vertigo Sky Bar — Head to this lofty rooftop terrace – the highest of its kind in Corfu – to enjoy aromatic tapas and crafted cocktails with panoramic views over the surrounding coast, plus regular live music performances. Sunrise Pool Bar — Offering mesmerising views over the Ionian, this casual bar serves cocktails, smoothies and snacks beside the infinity pool. Open April to 10 November. A Lounge — Indulge in afternoon tea, specialty coffees and homemade desserts at this contemporary-design spot, surrounded by a huge wooden honeycomb. Starboard Lounge — Sip a sundowner with a seaview at Starboard, where a resident DJ takes to the decks. Bakaliko Breakfast Experience — Immerse yourself in the vibrant flavours of Greece with fresh produce and traditional pastries served to replicate a bustling Greek marketplace experience every morning.
